The award-winning gourmet chocolate ganache created by CEO and founder Eileen Gannon will soon be on store shelves in the Netherlands, Germany, and Iceland.
Sunday Night Foods was one of a few American businesses selected to participate in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s trade mission to the Netherlands this month. The fresh cream and butter used in Sunday Night’s sauces showcased one of America’s many agricultural products.
The trade mission was led by U.S. Department of Agriculture Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs Alexis M. Taylor from April 17-20. Gannon and Sarah Pritchard, chief operating officer with Sunday Night Foods, showcased their decadent sauces and met with buyers from several European countries. They also learned from specialists with USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) at the American Embassy in The Hague and industry experts from Food Export USA.

Pure Ingredients Make the Difference
European bakers will now be able to enjoy American luxurious and decadent chocolate sauces. Whether they choose a jar of the high-end Founder’s Reserve sauce or the family-friendly Signature Line sauce, each bite will only contain the finest pure ingredients. Sunday Night Food sauces have no corn syrup, no preservatives, no palm oil, no nuts, no gluten, and nothing artificial.
Each sauce is made in small batches using a classic French technique. That velvety, rich taste is achieved through using the best ingredients:
- Guittard® unsweetened chocolate and cocoa in the Founder’s Reserve
- Barry Callebaut® unsweetened chocolate and cocoa in the Signature Line
- Pure Cane sugar
- Fresh cream and butter
- Nielsen-Massey® pure vanilla
- Sea salt
