For the crust, preheat the oven to 350° F. Place graham crackers and granulated sugar in a food processor and process until fine crumbs, about 30 seconds. Pour melted butter over crumbs and pulse to incorporate.
Spoon graham cracker mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Using the bottom of a dry measuring cup, press crumbs into an even layer on bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until crust is fragrant and beginning to brown. Transfer to a wire rack; cool completely.
