Because it’s made with only the finest ingredients (unlike other martinis that rely on fake flavors) ours will become your new go-to recipe. Ingredients
2 tablespoons (1 ounce/28 grams) Sunday Night® Chocolate Sauce, any variety,* divided
1.5 tablespoons (¾ ounce/21 milliliters) half-and-half or light cream
1.5 tablespoons (¾ ounce/21 milliliters) strong coffee or espresso
2 tablespoons (1 ounce/28 grams) Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon Irish Cream liqueur, optional
1 cup ice cubes

Spoon Sunday Night® Chocolate Sauce into a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave oven for 10 seconds. Drizzle ½ teaspoon of the sauce into a martini glass in a lacy pattern. Set aside.
Whisk coffee, cream, whiskey (and Irish Cream liqueur if using) into the remaining chocolate sauce until thoroughly combined. Pour into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
