Sunday Night® Chocolate Rum Martinis
With this easy, make-ahead recipe, you can mix martinis for a crowd and be ready to pour at any time! The sweet, caramel flavors from the rum blend with our rich chocolate, creating a perfect way to start (or end) a party!
8 cocktails (24 ounces)
1 (9.2-ounce) jar Sunday Night® Sweet + Rich Chocolate Premium Dessert Sauce
1 cup (8 ounces) half-and-half or light cream
1 cup (8 ounces) gold rum
Spoon Sunday Night Chocolate Premium Dessert Sauce into a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave oven on high for 20 seconds. Whisk in cream and rum until smooth. Pour into a large jar or pitcher, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, shake well and pour 3 ounces into an ice-filled glass. Or pour into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into martini glass.

Tip: To make gifts, use a small funnel and pour into clean bottles with resealable caps or canning jars with lids. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
