¼ cup Sunday Night® Sweet + Rich Chocolate Premium Dessert Sauce,* room temperature
1½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold
2 to 4 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)
Spoon Sunday Night Chocolate Premium Dessert Sauce into a chilled mixer bowl. Stir in cream. Beat with an electric mixer on slow speed, taking your time until soft peaks form, being careful not to overbeat. For a sweeter whipped cream, beat in the powdered sugar.
Tips From Eileen
Tip: If you accidentally overbeat the chocolate whipped cream, and it looks curdled, you can fix it by adding more heavy whipping cream. Slowly, and we mean slowly, whip it with the extra fresh cream to soft peaks. Take your time, and it will work.
