Sunday Night® Chocolate Whipped Cream
Basically chocolate mousse. Dollop over anything you desire. Try it with our Sunday Night® Chocolate Pudding or Sunday Night® Chocolate Cream Pie. It’s pretty great on anything.

Ingredients
¼ cup (57 grams) Sunday Night® Chocolate Sauce, any variety, room temperature
1½ cups (356 milliliters) heavy whipping cream, cold
2 to 4 tablespoons (15 to 30 grams) powdered sugar (optional)
Directions
Spoon Sunday Night Chocolate Sauce into a chilled mixer bowl. Stir in cream. Beat with an electric mixer on slow speed, taking your time until soft peaks form, being careful not to overbeat. For a sweeter whipped cream, beat in the powdered sugar to taste.
Tips From Eileen
If you accidentally overbeat the chocolate whipped cream, and it looks curdled, you can fix it by adding more heavy whipping cream. Slowly, and I mean slowly, whip it with the extra fresh cream to soft peaks. Take your time, and it will work.
