Sunday Night® Sweetened Whipped Cream
Whip this sweetened cream only until it billows softly and curls when the beaters (or whisk attachment) are lifted. If you prefer the whipped cream a little stiffer, use a handheld whisk to whip it a few extra strokes.

Ingredients
1 cup (237 milliliters) heavy whipping cream, cold
2 tablespoons (15 grams) powdered sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions
In a chilled mixer bowl combine cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer* on medium-low until soft peaks form, being careful not to overbeat.
Tips From Eileen
If using a stand mixer, fit it with the whisk attachment.
If you accidentally overbeat the whipped cream, and it looks curdled, you can fix it by adding more heavy whipping cream. Slowly, and I mean slowly, whip it with the extra fresh cream to soft peaks. Take your time, and it will work.
