Sunday Night® Brownie Parfaits
Next time you bake a pan of one of our many Sunday Night® Brownies, wrap a few in plastic wrap and keep in the freezer for these luxe parfaits. This recipe never gets old.

Ingredients

2 large Sunday Night® Brownies or Sunday Night® Brownie-Batter Brownies
½ cup (115 grams) Sunday Night® Chocolate Sauce, any variety, room temperature or warm*

1 to 1½ cups Sunday Night® Sweetened Whipped Cream or Sunday Night® Chocolate Whipped Cream
- Raspberries or other fresh fruit
Directions
Cut brownies into bite-size pieces. To pipe whipped cream, place in a piping bag fitted with a large star tip (or you can dollop whipped cream with a spoon).
In two parfait glasses or tall drinking glasses, layer the brownie pieces, whipped cream, Sunday Night Chocolate Sauce, and berries, repeating layers until glasses are full and ending with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Tips From Eileen
If chocolate sauce is cold, transfer to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in a microwave oven on high for 20 seconds or until pourable. You can also remove the lid from the jar and place the jar in the microwave and cook on high for 20 seconds or until pourable.
